  • Founded in 2015, Spring Sheep Milk Co. is a 50/50, joint venture co-founded with Pāmu, a state-owned enterprise and New Zealand’s largest farming group. Originally Based in Waikato, Spring Sheep Milk now comes from farms across the Central North Island and is also processed at FoodWaikato, before being exported across the Asian region.

    Today, Spring Sheep will has 16 farms milking over 15,000 of its Zealandia sheep, a sheep specifically bred for sheep dairying in New Zealand with plans to expand supply to 40,000 sheep in the next four years. Winner of global dairy innovation awards, Waikato Business Awards, and supported by $19.4m in Government Funding, Spring Sheep is the largest sheep milking operation in the Southern Hemisphere.

  • Old Mout Cider is a testament to the entrepreneurial spirit and vision of our Director, Scottie Chapman. With Old Mout cider, he achieved his first major triumph, igniting a remarkable expansion within the category and transforming supermarket cider into a beloved staple.

    The success of the brand was such that it caught the attention of industry giants DB and Heineken, leading to the acquisition of the business. Since then, Old Mout cider has continued to thrive and has become one of the largest cider brands in the United Kingdom.
